John Tenasco Artist statement :

John Tenasco is an Algonquin artist from the Kitigan Zibi reserve in Quebec. John’s work straddles between abstraction and realism. His artistic output is largely informed by his native heritage as well as ideas from philosophy,politics, art and music. John mainly works with acrylics at his home in Kitigan Zibi.
